GUDRUN GOTSCH
I am a mother, farmer, entrepreneur, customs expert, hotel management technician, polyglot, born and raised in the countryside. From adolescence I experienced urban life in Europe where I studied and worked for over 10 years. At the end of 2011 I returned to my homeland to work in Agriculture, Fruit Processing and Tourism. Tourism is still waiting its turn, when the rest has already been accomplished crowned with two wonderful daughters.

The Brand name 'Selva e Paz' resurfaced from the 'Silva et Pax' brand that my parents used when I was a kid. I asked my father for his blessing and we transformed it into what it is today.
2013 my dad helped me build a dehydrator, which debuted in 2014 and is still in use today.
In 2015 I created the first Cocoa and Banana bar, which was subject to several improvements until it reached its current format, at the end of 2018.
In 2019 we started a partnership with AMMA Chocolates, which in 2020 resulted in Cobranding and who knows what other fruits will ripen in the years to come...
2020 was the year of the launch of our Cupuaçu & Banana and Coconut, Cocoa & Banana.
